In early April I got chance to visit Guetamala and the famous Mayan Ruins at Tikal. It was a breathtaking experience and a place I had been eager to visit!
Apart from the amazing Mayan Ruins Tikal also has some incredible wildlife including Howler and Spider Monkeys, Toucans, Turkey Vultures and even Crocodiles:)

I'd make sure I have a good splash proof filter on my lens before pointing it straight up at a turkey vulture.
